This Service Agreement is entered into between LedgerBridge Accounting (operated by Ankit Marasini as an Independent Sole Trader in the United Kingdom) and the client engaging the services.
The specific services to be delivered under this Agreement are set out in a written engagement scope confirmed by both parties before work commences. Services outside that scope are subject to separate agreement.
Fees are as stated at the point of booking, either through the Stripe checkout for fixed-price services or in a separate written quote for bespoke engagements. Fixed-price services are paid in full in advance. Invoiced fees are payable within 14 days of the invoice date.
The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information, granting the access necessary to deliver the services, and responding to reasonable requests for clarification in a timely manner.
The parties agree to comply with the Client Confidentiality Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.
Liability under this Agreement is limited as set out in the Terms & Conditions. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The Agreement continues for the duration of the agreed engagement. Either party may terminate on reasonable written notice; work completed remains payable and the client receives a full handover of their records.
Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Together with the engagement scope and referenced policies, this document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
