Terms & Conditions

Last updated: January 2026

1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ledgerbridgeaccounting.co.uk and the services provided by LedgerBridge Accounting, operated by Ankit Marasini as an Independent Sole Trader in the United Kingdom. By using the website or engaging the services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

LedgerBridge Accounting provides bookkeeping, accounting support, VAT record organisation, payroll assistance, business reporting, and related professional services on a project-by-project basis. Each engagement is governed by a written scope of work.

3. Website Content

Website content is provided for general information only. It does not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice, and should not be relied upon for making decisions without a formal engagement.

4. Booking and Payments

Fixed-price services are booked and paid for via the secure Stripe checkout links on the site. Full payment is due before work commences. Bespoke engagements may be invoiced separately in line with a written agreement.

5. Client Obligations

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information to enable the services to be delivered, and to co-operate reasonably with requests for documentation or clarification.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, imagery, and design, is owned by LedgerBridge Accounting unless otherwise stated. Client-generated data and reports remain the property of the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LedgerBridge Accounting's liability in respect of any engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client for that engagement. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with reasonable notice in writing. Work completed up to the date of termination remains payable. On termination, the client receives a full handover of their records.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep information exchanged in the course of an engagement confidential, subject to the exceptions set out in the Client Confidentiality Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Amendments

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in force at the point of engagement applies to that engagement.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms should be sent to info@ledgerbridgeaccounting.co.uk.
